Is Jughead Jones really dead??

Riverdale has us screaming with the latest cliff hanger from Season 2 Episode 21 "Judgement night", where not only dose the town Riverdale end up in a deadly riot, but it opens up a whole new bag of mystery. Is there another black hood? What other plans dose Hiram have? But most importantly did Riverdale's directors really just kill one of the main characters/narrator of the show?
